What do you charge and how much am I likely to pay?

To summarise though, we charge a fixed hourly charge for our initial advice service based on the work involved. As an example, a simple lump sum investment into a single tax wrapper would be £3,875.

For ongoing financial advice we charge a percentage fee based on the amount of money we manage. This starts at 1% and decreases as the funds managed increase.

Are you independent?
Yes.

We are not restricted to any one provider or investment house. We are free to utilise any product or financial instution in constructing clients financial plans and we beleive this is crucial if you are to deliver optiomal financial and investment outcomes.
Do you have qualifications that are above the minimum you're required to take?
Yes.

The minimum level qualifcation for advisers providing advice on pensions and investments is a qualification called QCF Level 4.

We have advisers who have completed qualifications to Level 7.
Will you give me ongoing advice and what will this cost?

To summarise, we charge a percentage which is based on the amount of money we will be managing on an ongoing basis.

What services do you offer?
We are holistic financial planners. We beleive it is difficult to provide any kind of financial advice without considering a clients whole financial situation.

Our initial advice service will aim to understand your current financial position and your future objectives and provide recommendations to help acheive those objectives.

This takes in all the areas outlined in the 'Services' section of our website.

Our ongoing advice service reviews and updates the intial advice provided on an annual basis, aiming to ensure you remain on target to meet your objectives and including management of any agreed investments.
Are you an Appointed Representative?
No.

We are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

You can check this and any other financial adviser by searching the Financial Services Register. Our number is 994563.
Do you have many clients in a similar position to me?
Our typical client has pensions and investment assets in excess of £500,000.

Our ongoing services are targeted at clients with excess of a least £200,000 in investable assets.


How am I protected in the event of things going wrong?
If you have a complaint or dispute with us, you are entitled to make a complaint. We have a complaints procedure that is available on request. If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us either in writing, by telephone, or email. Please be assured we treat complaints seriously. For your protection, if you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Please visit the following website for further details:
